Erica is a Tuscaloosa native and former high school teacher, turned realtor, who graduated from The University of Alabama. She lives in the growing Northport community with her husband, Thomas, and their lab, Annie. Erica serves as an independent agent, as well as a team member with Caitlin and Company at Hamner Real Estate. When she is not assisting real estate clients, you will find her doing hair and make up for special events with The Beauty Bar by Tori Crocker, attending concerts, cooking, and spending time on the water.

 Fun fact about me, I'm a MODERN AGENT. I do things a little different than some. I’m not a traditionalist. I like wearing jeans and sneakers on the average work day. But, most importantly you can expect less traditional (AKA more modern) methods when it comes to strategically marketing your listing.

I take advantage of highly trafficked social media outlets and utilize digital marketing strategies: I can place your home on social media in a way that will result in more digital tracking of your listing. I am active on several social platforms. Being on other platforms allows my network to grow, connecting me with several other agents.
   
2. Modern Agents know the importance of hiring a professional photographer to take their listing photos. Clients now look at homes online before an in person viewing, so eye catching photos are a must! iPhone photos aren’t going to create the same demand that professionally done photos will.
   
3. I have a quick response time as I communicate via text and email while on the go and at home. Many areas are experiencing very limited inventory and an abundance of buyers looking for homes. This means a lot of competition, which means you need someone who has a quick response time. You have to respond and act quickly.
